Almighty says in the Quran : There is a Masjid whose foundation was laid from the first day on piety; it is more worthy of the standing forth (for prayer) therein, In it are the men who love to be purified, and Allah loveth those who make themselves pure.
Al Tauba Verse 108.
The prophet s.a.w. is reported to have said : Whoeve goes out to offer prates in this Masjid i.e. Quoba MAsjid will havae a reward equal to that of a Umrah.
RasoolAllah s.a.w. build Masjid e Quba and offered prayers in it After he had migrated to Al Madinah Al Munawara.
The Prophet s.a.w. used to visit Al Quba Masjid every saturdat sometimes riding and sometimes on foot to offer there two rakats.

[Taubah 9:107] And those (hypocrites) who built a mosque to cause harm, and due to disbelief, and in order to cause divisions among the Muslims, and to await the one who is at the outset an opponent of Allah and His Noble Messenger; and they will surely swear that "We wished only good"; and Allah is witness that they are indeed liars.
The Above verses of Quran are referring to Masjid e Zarra which was built by Hypocrites to harm the Prophet s.a.w. now this masjid is destroyed and coverted in Toilets by saudi authorities.

Well in which the Ring of (Khatme Nabuwat) belonging to our Beloved prophet sal-lal-lahu alai hi wa sallam was dropped accidently by Hazrat Usman Gani
(Radiallahu Ta’ala Anhu) while performing WUZU and was lost for ever.
The well is not covered with fenced but the water from the well is supplied the the Coolers in Masjid e Quba. People visiting Masjid e Quba Must go and
drink this water for shifa.
